A little about me
I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2008, as a freshman in college. It really cramped my style! For years, I ignored my diagnosis completely and was considered a “frequent flyer” at the local hospital. While this did get me the best Jello from the nurses, I was sleepwalking through life.
One day I decided I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. So I decided to take control of my health and reclaim my life. I spent years researching and experimenting with the best ways to live my most vibrant and fabulous life.
Now I get to share with my clients everything I learned about having more energy, boosting my metabolism, improving gut health, and loving my body every step of the way.
I am beyond excited to share with you the same tools and techniques I used to get myself off the “frequent flyer” list at the hospital and feel the best I’ve ever felt.
