Hi, I’m Holly! For years, I slept-walked through life due to heavy brain fog and chronic fatigue. I could barely stay awake in meetings after getting a full night’s sleep, and I chugged coffee all day long just to function. I never considered that my diet and lifestyle could be the culprit.
As I began building my business around my 9-5, I knew I needed to make changes in my life if I was going to build the business of my dreams.
