What my clients have to say…
“I had debated on whether or not a coach was the right idea for a long time, but then I found Holly and we clicked right away! The unpredictability of Crohn’s does not always jive well with my active lifestyle. I have spent years pushing through signs and symptoms, contributing to even more symptoms, pain, and stress. Holly gave me a safe space to take a step back, gain some perspective, and make healthier choices. This has resulted in better relationships with my illness, exercise, myself, and the people in my life most important to me.”
Sarah H.
“I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect when signing up for 1:1 coaching but I’m so glad I did! You helped change the way I view food and my relationship with food has vastly improved! There was a time, not that long ago, that I was in and out of severe flares and I had a very unhealthy relationship with food. And that has completely changed and more so with your help. I’m eating things I wasn’t sure I’d be able to eat again and I’ve continued to be symptom-free. The weight loss was an added bonus to the overall improvement in how I feel throughout the day; I have more energy, I feel the best I’ve felt in a long time, I even ran at the gym!”
Erin B.
“I think some of the biggest changes I’ve made in the three months that we worked together would be my diet as well as my mentality. I’ve learned to be kind to my body and listen to what it needs instead of fighting against that and feeling bad about myself when I inevitably can’t always do the things that I want. I’ve learned more about what foods I can tolerate as well as new recipes to try that work for me. It’s been such a big help to get guidance as I navigate such a daunting diagnosis!”
Morgan C.
“Holly is very kind, open, and transparent about her own wellness journey which makes her advice practical and her understanding genuine. I appreciate her ability to meet me where I’m at and help me make tangible goals that are not too daunting.”
Destiny F.
“I get by with a little help from my friends.” This course is all about community– improving your health and mindset in a supportive environment.
When I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, I didn’t know where to turn or how to live my life with this new diagnosis. I had amazing friends, but unfortunately (I should say thankfully!) no one knew *exactly* what I was going through. The forums I found online were scary, at best.
I created this course as an homage to what I wish I had in 2008, a community of IBD warriors and someone to guide me toward better health and a more positive mindset.
