Melt The Stress Away
4-Week Live Virtual Workshop
May 4 | May 11 | May 18 | May 25
Have you ever caught a cold when you were stressed?
Did you know that stress is a leading trigger for autoimmune diseases?
What if you could stop stress in its tracks before it becomes a health concern?
Learn practical ways to manage stress when it pops up AND how to prevent it before it strikes.

What’s the big deal about stress?
We face stress every single day. Work deadlines. Balancing our schedule. Bad drivers (can I get an amen?!). Family dynamics. Dealing with the insurance company. The list never ends.
But what happens when we don’t combat the stress?
Living in a constant state of stress, we open ourselves up to a whole host of health issues like a weakened immune system, high blood pressure, burnout, adrenal fatigue, a flare of existing health conditions, etc.

I know from experience…
My health has always struggled around the most stressful events in my life.
Midterms, finals week, wedding planning, work deadlines…you name it, my autoimmune disease flared because of it!
Stress was always a part of my life, and I never even took a moment to recognize the effect it was having on my health.
Once I started tuning into my stress and actively managing it, my health improved dramatically.
My brain fog cleared up.
I slept better and woke up feeling rested.
My stomach didn’t get upset over every stressor.
My bloating subsided.
I was able to enjoy life so much more.

About me
Hi, I’m Holly! I’m an entrepreneur, health coach, personal trainer, autoimmune warrior, and former corporate marketer. I help autoimmune warriors feel confident with food, reduce the stress in their life, sleep better, and fall in love with life again.
I spent my early twenties in and out of the hospital from Ulcerative Colitis flares and was coined the 6 North hospital wing’s frequent flyer. Yay me!
In my mid-twenties I began to discover there was more to health than just medications on top of more medications. I began exploring nutrition, getting better sleep, exercising more sustainably, and observing my stress levels.
Now I am living my dream teaching others how to fall in love with life again while having a chronic illness.
